  • Hemmaplan is a real-estate company that strives to create positive community development by managing properties and meeting places in neighborhoods characterized by socio-economic challenges.

    I was tasked as lead designer to create an identity that could help them convey their core values of a playful yet contemporary brand, with a strong emphasis on relatability to the neighborhoods they would operate in.

    Based on this, the identity draws inspiration by the very thing that many of these neighborhoods have in common: the floor-plans and brutalist architecture. These geometrical shapes find their way into the symbol as well as playful graphics, anchoring the brand visually in it's locations of operation.
