Editorial design in collaboration with Ivan Gedin and Viktor Nilsson. WRAPPED is a magazine that explores the links between music and design. Every issue focuses on a new niche to unwrap and dive deeper into, printed in a limited number by Newspaper Club.
The first issue of WRAPPED is about 'ad libs', the vocal medleys between bars in rap music, a phenomena that may be experiencing its glory days in today's rap culture. Working with lettering and words led us to work with a lot of typography, and create images similar to the sound and meaning of the ad libs.
