  • Hemmaplan is a real-estate company, owned by Brunswick Real Estate, that strives to create community-developing properties and drive positive community development by managing properties and meeting places in neighborhoods characterized by socio-economic challenges.

    Our task was to create an identity that could help convey the core values of a playful and modern brand with an emphasize on pride and relatability to the neighborhoods the company would operate in. Based on this, we designed a playful identity inspired by the very thing that many of these neighborhoods have in common: the floor-plans and brutalist architecture.
